Every item in our store is handcrafted by local artisans from different parts of the world. Each piece is created in small batches or made-to-order, which means no two items are exactly the same - making your purchase unique and special.

Processing time varies by product and artisan.
Typically:

• Non-custom items: 2–4 business days
• Customize/Engraving/Passport Cover: 5–7 business days
• Wood Engraving (Made-to-Order): 7–10 business days

Since items are crafted individually, a bit of extra time ensures that they are of perfect quality.

Yes. Since our products come from different artisans around the world, shipping times may vary.

Once an order is placed, the artisan or studio will ship the product directly to you.

We always provide tracking whenever available.

Because custom-made and personalized items are created especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• There is a mistake in customization.

For non-custom items, we offer returns within 14 days.
