Every item in our store is handcrafted by local artisans from different parts of the world. Each piece is created in small batches or made-to-order, which means no two items are exactly the same - making your purchase unique and special.

- Non-custom items: 2–4 business days
- Customize/Engraving/Passport Cover: 5–7 business days
- Wood Engraving (Made-to-Order): 7–10 business days
Since items are crafted individually, a bit of extra time ensures that they are of perfect quality.

Once an order is placed, the artisan or studio will ship the product directly to you.
